A) Order

Please place your only when you're confirmed with your purchase.
Posters are usually first press limited. Please order at least 5 days before release date or the first batch due date I stated to secure your posters.
Price stated is the full payment, no second payment needed unless otherwise stated.
Orders will only be proceeded after payment.
All items are pre-order basis unless otherwise stated.
We have the right to change the price anytime due to the unstable currency. As well as, price may increase after first batch so please order before first batch if possible.
Batch closes every Sunday. If you place your orders (non new release only) within the week, please count ETA from that specific Sunday.
Please check @toutatishop on Instagram or Twitter from time to time to check for your items' updates.

B) Payment / Refunds

Payments are accepted via online bank transfer, cash deposit & over the counter.
Additional payment method may be added in the future.
Please ensure to attach the payment proof upon placing order for payment checking and future reference purpose.
If customers are unable to provide payment proof, we reserve the right of not taking your orders and no refund will be made.
All prices stated are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Refund will be proceed only if items are out of stock.

C) Shipping / Exchange

We are not responsible for any damage of goods caused during local shipping.
Please note that outer case is only for protection of the item inclusions and there will not be exchange / claim for such reasons such conditions.
Should there be an exchange agreed on both parties, item(s) are expected to be returned in the original form and the shipment to be done within 3 days after receiving.
If items are defected upon arrival at my place, we will inform before shipping and ensure to make good packaging to avoid further damage.
Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) for pre-order albums is 2-4 weeks after release date or closing date whichever later.
ETA for pre-order merchandise/lightsticks is 2-4 weeks after official's delivery date, please expect longer delivery date for certain items.
Due to the pandemic happening now, items may not reach within the ETA due to lack of flights and delay in courier service and the time arrival is only estimation.
